In my work I use a combination of traditional and modern blacksmith techniques. I am constantly looking for new methods which can simplify my work and create new interesting forms and products.
I design and produce craft products, functional items for everyday use as well as purely sculptural objects. Special interior design details as well as furniture are especially interesting to work with. I also make reconstuctions of historical objects.
Design and craft are equally important for me. I strive after balance, harmony and simple clean lines. I find inspiration daily.
I like to work with decorative joins such as rivets and contrasts such as coarse & polished surfaces. I make objects for both private persons, companies, churches and public spaces. Special orders are always conceived and produced in cooperation with the customer and with consideration to the work’s final placement.
